Initiate Request
Log into your KALKI account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within the stipulated timeframe.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact for our team to approve the return request.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address; please keep the package ready with the provided return invoice.
Refund or Exchange Processing
After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or the exchange item will be dispatched.
